May 1st 2007 - Oulton Park. A trip to Oulton with two friends - father and son team Chris and Andrew Brentnall. We picked this particular day because it was (at least in theory) a novice only open pit lane day and would therefore give us lots of track time. It certainly did that. |

It was a beautiful day, and the track was as dry as a bone. Chris tried one session with the floor mat rucked up under the pedals - his comment was that he thought the pedals were a bit difficult to get to! Andrew
had a session with an instructor, and he and I subsequently had a couple
of very exciting sessions, and some (for us anyway) very fast laps.
